We recently stayed here, during spring break for our children, and were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel.Although check-in was stated to be at 4:00pm, we arrived at 11:15am, and our room was ready. The check in counter was quick and efficient. We were immediately given our bracelets which allowed us to use the hotel facilities, and even though we were there during Spring Break, there was plenty of room at the pool, in the arcade and at the restaurants. In fact the only time we really waited for anything was when all the children lined up to get their picture taken with the many characters encountered (Spongebob, Dora, Chucky & Angelica, etc).
The hotel area is always a buzz with the sounds of children playing and screaming. However, the rooms were quite quiet, especially considering we were poolside.
At $197 per night, the hotel may not seem like a real bargain, but when you consider that all six of us fit comfortably in our Sponge-Bob themed suite, the kids ate free at the buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner, and they threw in tickets to the Nickeodeon shows, all for that price, we felt we certainly got our money's worth.
Checkout was a breeze, via phone (or television), plenty of parking right near our room, rooms were clean, and hotel is nearby major attractions.
If you have young children, this is a great option.
