Great hotel. Keep in mind this is a Holiday Inn, not a Disney hotel. Lots of lifeguards. Very organized. Clean rooms with lots of towels and amenities. Extremely friendly staff. Really pleasant. Couple of points for improvement, have more characters walking around, kids go for that. Room service can use a faster service during peak hours.
