From Barbara: The service was horrible. For the price you're spending, I've been treated better at an inexpensive motel.
Our room wasn't ready when it was supposed to, they lost my mom's luggage. When we finally got our room it was right next to a utility room and we had to switch rooms.
When we went for our spa treatments there was no hot water. I had to take a freezing cold shower instead of a relaxing warm one. The treatment room had a leak in the ceiling and was dripping water on my mom and me. A
relaxing weekend was no where to be found and the hotel did nothing to make up for it. I will NEVER stay here again. Save your money and go to the Montage or Four Seasons. For the same price you will be treated like royalty.
