From Kathleen: This hotel/resort was a huge disappointment! The room, although "renovated" was dark and dreary. It had the feel of a motel versus a resort. The bedding - sheets, etc., looked suspiciously liked they were not fresh. My daughter and myself contracted head lice due to our stay there.
Although I requested it on three different occasions, there were no towel animals, nor was there any turn down service. I thought maybe the resort's standards were taking a downturn. Or, because we had a discounted rate as my husband was attending a professional conference. It was horrendous. Because of our negative experience, I am not sure that I would be confident to stay in one of their resorts again.
