From Chris: I will never ever stay there again and would not tell anyone to go there....Pool closed at 3pm once for a private party and the other for no real reason...got stuck in the elevator for 15-20 mins emergency phone not working and NO ONE came when we kept pushing the alarm....and finally the doors open.
We call security they do not believe us and say all the phones work....go to manager and oh wow...sorry about that....we file a report take security and show them the phone was not working.....so what do they do for us get a small discount off our bill and okay seats to the Folies Bergere show big deal...never will go there again....rooms not that great....not what you would expect for the price that is for sure not very good customer service....
