Holiday Inn Family Suites
Guest Review of the Holiday Inn Family Suites in Orlando

"I have to give this the poorest rating because the water is SCALDING HOT. I couldn't even let the kids shower alone. I called the front desk and got the usual 'We know, but that's what it takes to have enough hot water.' That's no excuse.

"The other problem with the rooms is layout. There are enormous TV stands that hold big, old 1990s 27" TVs. The stands are so large, that the fold out beds HIT THEM when folded down. If there were a fire or other need to evacuate, everyone on the room would have to crawl over a folded down bed to get out the only door in the suite.

"The outside facilities are great. The kids had a great time, but this place is definitely not kid-safe.

"FYI: The employees say there are new owners, and that the owners aren't 'hotel people.' Apparently they are investors that want to use the place for a lot of their private VIP traffic, hence, relegating familes to just paying the bills to support their parties. Last night security told us there were lots of VIPs coming in for the weekend and they were worried about how to keep the guests away from them. Too bad, the place wasn't broken, so why'd they fix it?"
