Le Gourmet Restaurant is the fancier option at the Couples Ocho Rios in Jamaica. The beautiful dining room and live piano player added to the ambiance.
Verandah Restaurant is a quieter, indoor dining experience, where all of the tables are set for two. While the food was OK, I much preferred the atmosphere and menu at the more casual Bayside Restaurant, which served Italian cuisine in an open-air setting over the Caribbean Sea. I loved the Cheese and Asparagus Ravioli.
Other restaurant options include the Beach Grill, which had fantastic and spicy jerk chicken and pork, plus cheese fries with Velveeta-type sauce (who can resist those?), and Calabash, which serves traditional Jamaican cuisine.
