My guest room at the Couples Ocho Rios in Jamaica. The room definitely needed a remodel. Newlyweds should beware; the bathroom door needed to be slammed (loudly) before it would close, and the bathroom was lit in the most unflattering fluorescent light you can imagine. As I mentioned before, there was no bottled water in the room (no minibar at all, complimentary or otherwise) and no peephole in the door.
On the plus side, the room had a view of the ocean and was close enough that we could listen to the waves crashing on the beach. The room was large and airy with bright, with comfortable decor and a private balcony.
