The Patio Restaurant at the Couples Ocho Rios in Jamaica serves buffet-style for breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. We enjoyed breakfast here each morning, which included an egg station, a smoothie bar (with watermelon, cantaloupe and pineapple), tropical fruit, sliced meats and cheeses, and fresh pastries (the chocolate croissants were my absolute favorite).
Watch your pastries around the birds, though -- they were very aggressive in this open-air restaurant and would steal bread right off your plate if you walked away for a moment.
