no longer the place I bought into, Member Kinichi

We just returned from the Jockey Club and I have to say the room I had was better than I've ever had as far as cleanliness and not nearly as shabby as in the past. I brought a friend one year, we were in the penthouse and I was embarassed at the condition of the room. I've been an owner for about 23 yrs. and this is actually the first time I was happy with the condition of the room. However I'm not very happy with all the buildings around the Jockey Club. I couldn't even find it the first time I drove by. I haven't been there in 5 yrs. so it wasa real shock to see what has happened there. I'm curious about what they did with the millions of dollars they must have sold the parking lot for. And the valet parking is very good however I liked parking my own car when it was so much easier to come and go as Ipleased even if it was 8 times a day. And of course now the rooms on one side look right into a stone wall. That must be really pleasant!!! I remember when you could see the roller coaster at the New York casino. One things for sure I never would have purchased a place here if I had known what was down the road. It's like going into a back alley when you pull up there. Not very impressive.
