A reinvention of the Aladdin, Planet Hollywood is a dynamic, comfortably cool locale for movie buffs and fun seekers.
Planet Hollywood: Guest Rooms
A few guest rooms are themed to movies, like one I toured with Saw memorabilia; just try sleeping next to Jigsaw. Planning a bachelor party? Apex suites come equipped with a stripper pole in a shower off the living room, five flat screen TVs, a pool table (or foosball or air hockey), and up to six connected bedrooms.
Planet Hollywood: Restaurants
Strip House for steak and out-of-this-world sides. Earl of Sandwich off the casino is the place for a quick bite. The popular Spice Market Buffet survived the transition from the former Aladdin. KOI is an L.A. import.
Planet Hollywood: Activities and Amenities
The casino is the focus here, with dramatic lighting that continually shifts colors and a "Pleasure Pit" where the gaming takes on a party atmosphere. Guests can recharge at the full-service Spa by Mandara, fitness center and salon. Weddings are at The Chapel. Planet Hollywood has 75,000 square feet of meeting space for those who like to work and play. There's a small sixth-floor outdoor swimming pool. The casino does occasional film premieres in its state-of-the-art theater.
