Rio All-Suite Hotel Casino

The Bottom Line: The Rio is off the beaten path but worth the trip, for the rooms and for the all-you-can-eat lobster buffet.
What's Special About the Rio All-Suite Hotel Casino: The Rio is off the Strip and past a highway, although you can see the red and blue neon tower from the Strip. You'll have to catch a cab to and from, but it is worth the trip. A nightly parade passes over the casino, and guests can join in the fun for a small fee. The seafood buffet features all-you-can-eat lobster and king crab; I only wish my stomach was bigger.
Guest Rooms and Rates: 2,553 guest suites are spacious (at 600 square feet) and include floor-to-ceiling windows and refrigerators, from about $61.
