Mandalay Bay already had a fabulous eleven acre pool and beach area. In June of 2007, a $30 million dollar expansion doubled the pool- and beach-side seating, but that was just the beginning.
The Beach Casino is a new three-story, air conditioned casino with glass walls overlooking the waves and sand of Mandalay Bay's water park. On the first floor, the open-air Beach Bar & Grille serves casual food (of you can take it back to your lounge chair). Inside sliding doors, the casual, beachy casino (even dealers are dressed down) has cool air and a view.
Villas Soleil take up the top floor. Five cabana-style suites can fit up to 16 people and have day beds, wet bars, 50-inch TVs, private decks with views of the beach, and access to a private pool.
The adults-only Moorea Beach Club allows European sunbathing and DJ-driven music. At night, you can watch the beachside concerts from here.
