What's Special About the Trump Sonesta: The 32-story tower of the Trump International Sonesta Beach Resort. The resort is located in Sunny Isles Beach, just south of Miami Beach and next to Bal Harbour, famous for its designer shopping. The stylish lobby of the Trump International Sonesta contains a few of 1,000 works of contemporary art housed in the hotel. Artists include Roy Lichtenstein, Alexander Calder and Tom Wesselman.

Guest Rooms and Rates: Guest rooms are large (550+ sq. ft.) minisuites with a living room area. 390 guest rooms in the tower overlook either the Atlantic Ocean or the Intracoastal Waterway. Contemporary décor features pillow-top beds, high-speed Internet access and CD players. Oversized bathrooms have separate showers and tubs. Blowdryers and aromatherapy amenities are included. Dining at the Trump Sonesta: The contemporary Neomi's Grill features indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the pool deck. Spilling out into the lobby of the Trump International Sonesta, the Lime Bar serves continental breakfast, light lunches and specialty martinis. The Lime Bar Lounge has the rich feel of a private library, and is a cozy meeting spot just off the lobby.

Recreation at the Trump Sonesta: Water, water everywhere. Trump's new resort features a water spa, plenty of water sports and a $6 million pool with waterfalls. The fitness center features equipment with individual television monitors and sweeping views.
