Azul at the Mandarin Oriental Miami. Azul is the hotel's signature restaurant, serving Asian fine dining. I didn't get a chance to try it during my stay, but I hear that if you're a fan of cognac, you can get a rare Hennessy Timeless Cognac (1998) for $450 a shot. And, if you're chilly, they're got a selection of pashminas in several colors to keep you warm, plus reading glasses to help you with the menu. Now, that's service.
