"Rave: Fantastic pools and water slides. Kids love it. Great value for the location. Comfortable rooms that are nicely laid out.
Rant: Don't check in through the Priority Club desk. The trainee there took nearly 40 minutes to get us checked in, in large part because we had a written quotation for one room rate when we booked and the hotel then tried to charge us a higher rate. To get the original quote approved took a long time."
