Raves: Overall, it's very pretty and well-kept. We were greeted by bellboys who unloaded all of our things and brought them to our room. Small but well planned rooms with amenities galore including three TV's, a boombox and a playstation in the kids room, (daily rental $ for games), and available Internet access. Microwave, fridge, coffee maker. LOTS of STORAGE space!!! BEST hotel shower ever with GREAT water pressure!!!
Two waterpark-like pools (one is designed for the 6 and under crowd). Numerous hot tubs, a basketball court, outdoor pool table, and small miniature golf course. Be sure to check on ALL of the available activities when you check in so that you can plan accordingly. Character breakfast is fun for kids ($$$ and MAKE SURE you have reservations) but plan to spend at least an hour there to see all of the characters. Free live shows (again MAKE SURE you have reservations). Well staffed and very friendly/helpful personel.
Rants: VERY pricey food in the restaurants and it's NOT very good. The food court food is also a little pricey but better tasting. Don't bother with room service, there's only room for two people at the dining table in the room. Best to bring some quick-to-fix items to stash in the fridge. We were overwhelmed by STRONG paint fumes on our last night because they were repainting the basketball court just outside our room.
