From Erin: We have booked this hotel over the Internet, first mistake we made, but the pictures looked nice, and the price we couldn't beat.

The day we got there we enjoyed the pool waiting for the check in time. The pool was nice, not great. We then checked in and decided to check out our room and were completely disgusted.

We were planning to stay in the Terrace Suite, but the queen room smelled like poop. Seriously I promise it did. The kitchen was actually 2 ft by 2 ft, the living room was big enough to have it pulled out for sleeping but nothing else, the twin beds in the other room were horrible. The bathroom floors were uneven, holes in the wall, stains on the floor, it was absolutely disgusting. I didn't want to even sit on the chair.

We then complained about our room and wanted to upgrade it, but this was the most expensive room you could have. Makes me wonder what the cheaper rooms looked like. We complained about the hotel not looking up to par, and it especially didn't look like the pictures on their Internet site, and were just really disappointed and wanted our money back.

He then told us our money could not be refunded and switched us to another room. I was not happy with this, I went back and complained and wanted my money back. This was my sister's bachelorette party and I was not going to stay in a hotel where she was not happy.

He then got an attitude with us, and said, "Fine! Your money is back in your account." That was it, no, "Sorry we couldn't make your stay better." Nothing!

Not even the head guy came around to try and help us out to make our stay better. No customer service whatsoever, and this is coming from a girl who works in customer service.

Don't stay here, there are much better hotels right down the road for about the same price and their customer service is top quality!
