As a parent to four and six year old girls, I thought this hotel looked perfect for our family vacation. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with children, especially those under ten years of age.

Our room was a good size and had the amentities we needed for my family. We could rely on timely housekeeping visits.

All of the staff were pleasant and some really went out of their way to chat with us and frequently asked if we were happy with our stay.

One negative note, we attended the character breakfast one of the mornings of our seven night stay. The food at the buffet was mediocre at best and the only character making rounds in the dining room was Dora. SpongeBob was there, but was located in the corner of the room for photo ops. They should think about changing his costume a bit by giving him arm sleeves that the person wearing the costume can utilize to enable them to better interact with the kids. Currently SpongeBob's arms are thin/wirey with little gloves at the end that take away his ability to hug and hold the kids hands. My daughter was trying to give him a picture she had drawn and he couldn't pick it up. She was confused about why he wouldn't accept her picture.

The pools/waterparks were fantastic and gave the kids plenty to do. Snack bars were located conveniently around the pool area and wait staff were always around to get you something if you didn't feel like leaving your lounge chair.

The week we were there, the hotel was at about 75% occupancy, which was great. The pools weren't really crowded and we could easily book any of the extra activities that the hotel offered.

Overall great fun, friendly staff, plenty to do, clean, reasonably priced ($127 per night mid week, $150 per night Friday and Saturday), food was just so-so. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a fun-filled family vacation.
