I was a little concerned about going after reading some of the comments and was pleasantly surprised to find none of the negative comments accurate. There was an abundance of actually pretty decent food at the buffets, no cigarette butts to be found (genie bottle style cigarette disposals every 15 feet or so), more than ample friendly life guards supervising the pools, transportation to Disney and Universal, no excess late night noice, etc.
My only problem was the weather did not cooperate!! I do not think it was fair for people to rate a hotel under renovation. It is not a sophisticated, luxury hotel, but a very nice and comfortable family hotel with awesome water activities that my two children and I (a single mom) thoroughly enjoyed. We will be back.
