1) There was a big hole in the wall of our room.
2) The door lock was broken and we had to beg someone to fix it. No, we were not offered a different room.
3) The pool was closed often because of rain and "accidents"
4) The A/C unit leaked all over our room because a previous guest jammed a straw in it.
5) Someone at the front desk kept calling our room and swearing at us. (Later when we called back we were told they actually meant to call the room next door because they were "messing" with the fire alarm.)
And last but not least: The crib provided for my son was not changed from the last child who used it. I asked if the sheets were clean and houskeeping assured me they were clean. My son caught impetigo, from the "clean" sheets.
Bottom line, spend a little more and stay somewhere else!
