Guest Review of the Nickelodeon Hotel by Matthew's Mom

From Matthew's Mom: This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in as far as family-oriented hotels! The water parks are large, safe, have many lifeguards, are fun for adults and kids, and have live Nick shows each day poolside!

Kids eat free at the on-site restaurant, nightly family-oriented game shows are fun, and they offer Nick character breakfasts. Some extras cost $ above the daily rate, but are well worth the price - my son loves this facility and cried when it was time to leave!

My husband broke his ankle while there, and the staff were all helpful and attentive. The local medical center sent a van for us, treated the ankle, and had us back at the hotel in two hours! Guest services set us up with a local provider for an electric wheelchair for my husband so that we could continue our vacation! The housekeeping staff keeps every area of the property clean - the restaurant, the seating areas, the arcade, the sidewalks, everything!

The food is very good, with a breakfast buffet each day and lunch and dinner buffet (with menu service) across the hall. Kids eat free with paying adults! We cannot rave enough about this hotel!

August was hot and humid, but November was great with temps in the 80's and very little rain. Kid-themed bedrooms have character decorations, bunks or twins, and a Playstation.

Guest laundries are available in some of the buildings, and the bellhops and maintenance staff are more than willing to help when needed. We take a clothes tree or clothes line to hang wet clothes since we are at the pool each day for several hours! I really was never a pool-person before this experience!

We will be going back a third time when our schedules permit! Enjoy!!!
