Back to the "suite" as they call it. A complete joke. You're getting your average hotel room with the smallest kitchenette and the only separate room really is the master bedroom. The kids room is closed off by a curtain! I was expecting 2 bedrooms with doors. And a separate kitchen area...like a timeshare type thing.
The TV in there room was all fuzzy that they could barely see anything. I was so exhausted at the time so I didn't bother going back up to the front desk, but I did email them to complain about everything, TWICE, and they never bothered to contact me back. Guess they don't care about there customers.
Oh, and if you even think about sleeping in on your vacation, DO NOT stay here. You get awakened by there cleaning the pools every morning. That was the nicest part about the whole hotel, the pools, but we didn't even get to enjoy them because we went up to go to Sea World and thought the hotel would be a great place to stay for the kids. It was an overpriced place to sleep and I would never go there again.
The character breakfast was the best thing we got to do. The waiter we had was extremely pleasant, there were PLENTY of choices of food, the characters came to every table (make sure you bring your own camera because they charge an arm and a leg to buy there pictures)....but that was definitely the highlight of our stay at the hotel.
Oh...and parking at the hotel is outrageous. The check in girl told me where to park, we circled the area for 10 minutes, mind you it was after midnight so most people were in for the night...we had to park very far away from our room and we had 2 kids to carry asleep, and our luggage. It was very inconvenient. You would think for the money you pay to stay here, you would be able to either have a parking spot closer to your room, or at least a valet service or a bell boy to help you get there! WORST hotel trip ever!!!!
