We stayed at the Nickelodeon hotel during the weekend of the "Kids choice Awards". For this premium weekend the hotel raised the price to average 600 dollars a night for the two day stay. For the increase they provided a large blow up TV screen by the pool. Yes, that is what an extra few hundred dollars buys you at this "resort."
Oh, I should highlight the "slime" drink which consist of orange juice colored green. For the two night stay we spent over 2 grand and walked away sick thinking about the experience.
We live in Orlando and enjoy our family time together. We have done almost everything in Orlando to do as a family and this was without a doubt the poorest excuse for a place that labels itself a "value friendly family resort." By the way, that 2 grand was spent entirely at the hotel, no outside expenses.
Take my advise and stay at the Ritz and buy the best tickets available at any theme park, you will come out spending less money and having a lot better family vacation. Nickelodeon should be ashamed to be associated with this establishment.
