Staff was unconcerned, they had to shock the pool 3 times due to various children either throwing up in the pool or going #2 in the pool (YES!) I was warned by another couple at check in to keep the kids out of the pool, they were checking out.
Was told there was free shuttle service to DisneyWorld so we did not rent a car, upon arrival the front desk person told us that was incorrect they have a service that provides shuttle service to WDW (for a fee) we ended up having to rent a car.
Overall the place was dirty, poor service, food was awful and the exterior entrances to the guest rooms are not safe and especially not great when the hotel is located next to a highway. We will stay at the Grand Cyprus Hyatt or the Marriott which is across the street.
