From Mike: The workers were friendly and the water park was above average. However the shuttle that was suppost to pick us up from Universal didn't show up, and we had to wait almost 2 hours for another one to come.
We were promised when we made the reservation the Spongebob room (didn't get it) plus breakfast was going to be included in our price (it wasn't). Also the majority of the Nick themed shows the hotel puts on require a separate charge.
