From Jenny: I will start by saying this is a beautiful hotel and the staff is very friendly. The pools are nice and refreshing and the lazy river is relaxing.
The rooms I found to be standard. The beds were small (we had a room with two doubles) other hotels I have stayed at have two queens. The walls are paper thin...you could hear the conversations of the people staying next to you. The chairs and pillows in the room were stained.
We had to switch rooms after the first night because they put us right next to the housekeeping room. All morning we heard the doors slamming and the housekeeping carts going over the bumps to get out of the room. We were also right next to the elevators so we constantly heard people in the halls. I thought they would give us some kind of compensation but that never happened.
All in all it is a nice hotel but I don't think I would stay there again.
