From Akuhaneck: Find somewhere else to stay!! When we arrived for check in our room was not ready; they told us to come back in an hour; we came back two hours later after 4:30 pm and our room was still not ready! In addition to when we did finally get checked in they tried to bill us an extra $50/night from our original quote.
The last incident was when our Sea World tickets (3) were stolen from our room. There are no safes in the room here! No question about it, they were taken. When we filed a complaint; it took us two days to get to speak to the manager, who refused to compensate us in any way for our loss. We ended up filing a police report and paid another $180 for tickets.
The manager did tell us that there is a safe in the office we could have used. We were unaware of this accommodation; in addition how would one safe accommodate a whole hotel?
The 'free' shuttle service was late every day and by the time you make the stops at all the other hotels, plan on an hour to get to the 'minutes away Disney parks'. We strongly suggest to stay somewhere else for the money you pay here. Just terrible!
