What's Special About Grand Hyatt Tokyo:
If location is everything, this is it. Opened in April 2003, the Grand Hyatt Tokyo is located in the heart of Roppongi, Tokyo’s commercial and entertainment hub, a lively international district that is known worldwide as a stimulating center for business, culture, fashion and recreation. The Grand Hyatt is also located close to Tokyo’s famed Ginza shopping district (15 minutes by subway).

  • Contemporary rooms and suites with 9 1/2 foot ceilings, Italian furniture by B&B, mahogany finished fixtures and earth toned colors and textures; the spare environment is immediately relaxing.

  • Well-equipped rooms have 32" Sharp flat screen TVs; an ample mahogany working desk; wireless Internet connection; touch panel lighting systems, blackout blinds, a Sony DVD/CD player and BOSE speakers.

  • Just for example, Florentina, located in the main lobby, is a modern take on an Italian cafe. Decorated with Venetian glass, Matteograssi chairs, Porcellana Bianca porcelain and Alessi accessories, Florentina has an outside terrace on the street level that’s perfect for people watching.
  • The French Kitchen Brasserie & Bar
  • Roku Roku for Sushi
Activities and Amenities at Grand Hyatt Tokyo:

  • One treatment suite is specially designed for couples, with a private shower and deep soaking Japanese granite stone bath.
Good to Know About Grand Hyatt Tokyo:
  • An in-room safe allows for a laptop to be charged while locked up.
  • The expansive lobby, with spare yet intimate conversation areas, is decorated with art from international artists including a stone waterfall sculpture by Chinese artist Cai Guo-Qiang, eight foot black and white ceramic heads at the hotel entrance, and compositions by Japanese artist Seiko Tachibane in the elevators.
Bathrooms at Grand Hyatt Tokyo:
The hotel believes in the philosophy of Japanese bathing. Occupying more than 1/4 of the standard room space, each bathroom has beige limestone floors and walls and a deep soaking tub that fills within five minutes, allowing the water to overflow into a separate showering area. The oversized "rainshower" that is fixed to the ceiling, plus details like thick cotton towels, a cotton kimono for a robe and a cloth amenity box, add to the experience. Bathrooms have 13” Sharp flat screen TVs.
