The Kitchen is the casual restaurant at the Hard Rock Hotel, named because it is the "kitchen" of the rock star's mansion. The Kitchen serves a breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner, with character dinners some nights.
The Kitchen serves up comfort food (meatloaf and burgers) but also does upscale well with dishes like seared shrimp and scallops with tarragon black pepper gnocchi, maple glazed cedar plank salmon and jumbo lump crab cakes.
