From the article: Noisy Hotels
Some hotel rooms are noisy. Construction, loud neighbors, kids running up and down the hallways -- they can really ruin a good night's sleep. Want to complain? (Registration is NOT required.) Want to complain?

Unwelcome change in A/C

Newer air conditioning units, most notably by Amana, thermostatically cut on and off throughout their operation. It would be nice if guests had the option of a continuously running fan. Many including myself find the white noise to be soothing and conducive to relaxing sleep. An added benefit is the effect of masking noises made by inconsiderate loudmouths next door or in the hallway in the wee hours of the morning. I hope Amana, Choice Hotels and others get wind of my comments.
