Come on, all you romantics. Help me out. What's the best way to make a romantic getaway to a hotel really special? Let us know your best tip. How do you make a hotel stay romantic? (Registration is NOT required.) Keys to romance?

Hotels are a great place for romance

If you want a romantic getaway, forget the destination resorts, where you might want to plan activities and see the sights. Go for a decent view, and pay for luxury instead. Order in room service instead of going out to dinner. Most hotels will have a package which includes champagne, chocolate strawberries, and rose petals on arrival, buy it. If the hotel has a spa, send your partner to the spa for some alone time (I know that's not the point but everyone needs a break, they'll come back rejuvinated, relaxed, and ready to pay attention to you. If they don't have a spa, or in room massage, call local massage therapists yourself. He hotel may not be alloud to tell you, but some do housecalls, that includes hotel rooms. Sleep in, and order more room service in the morning. Can't go wrong if you have the right attitude.
